Metagrid Web Application Not Displaying Content

Hi,

I am trying to download data from the ESGF LLNL node and utilize Globus transfers, but I am having trouble accessing the download portal through the Metagrid Web Application. I have installed it on Chrome, but whenever I follow the link from the ESGF Home Page, the web app displays a blank screen most of the time (screenshot attached).

Even when I can access the download portal, I am unable to sign in to my account (I tried opening the download portal in Incognito mode, and a PDF of the error message is attached).

OperationalError at complete_globus.pdf

Is there any other way I can do Globus transfers of ESGF data?

Appreciate any help on this!
