ERI tests failing with COMPARE_base_hybrid because of missing files for hybrid case...

ERI tests now fail with COMPARE_base_hybrid because it has trouble finding matching files for the hybrid case.

I think this has to do with the length of the simulations.

I've tried the default, Ld10, Ld9, and Ld12. For CTSM we do 9-day tests, I'm not sure why they work and these fail.
