Mapping to Grib Tables

A useful feature to have would be the ability to map between the supported standard names and various grib tables.

@areinecke Can you provide some more information about your use case? I'm assuming this would be desired for the standard ECMWF and NCEP grib tables, and maybe for some specific operational products? Do you envision this being in the form of a stand-alone tool that can map from one variable name to the other? Or something simpler like a table associating various grib table entries with their respective standard names?

I do suspect that, while 90%+ of variables could be easily handled, there may be some ambiguous cases, in which case we'd likely have to get feedback from the maintainers of those grib tables.
