Update standard names with latest variables used in CCPP Physics repository

The latest CCPP Physics has advanced quite a lot since the last batch of names was added from this repository. We should ensure that all UFS/CCPP Physics variables are included in the standard names, and also update metadata files in that repository with changes to existing names as necessary.
