Issue Description

We want to get the new CMIP7 LBC file out of the box:

 flbc_file = '/glade/campaign/cesm/cesmdata/cseg/inputdata/atm/waccm/lb/CMIP7/LBC_17500116-20221216_CMIP7_0p5degLat_c250326.nc'

This would replace:

 /glade/campaign/cesm/cesmdata/inputdata/atm/waccm/lb/LBC_17500116-20150116_CMIP6_0p5degLat_c180905.nc

@fvitt - I see this old file is used in 24 use_cases. I assume I should change them in all places (a good number are waccm).

Only update the cam7 use cases.

Yes, it is only for cam7. For cam6, we want to keep the old file. Sorry for the lack of clarity on this.
