Need building scripts for Windows platform

Hi all,

The current bootstrapping script, assemble_synApps.sh, is intended for Linux system. Would it be possible to provide an equivalent Windows batch file so that one can also build synApps natively on Windows without relying on 3rd-party terminal emulators?

I've finally ported the script to perl. I can run it under on my Windows computer, but I know that setups can vary significantly.
