[FEATURE] Support for Windows-based challenge environments

Based on findings from @cyberd3ath’s Bachelor’s thesis, the monitoring components used during challenge provisioning are also feasible on Windows systems.

Adding Windows support would significantly expand the range of possible challenges and enable scenarios involving more diverse IT infrastructure (e.g., Active Directory, Windows-specific attack/defense techniques).
