Review Folder Structure for Feature Flags

/components and /util was already starting to get unwieldy, and the feature set will be growing substantially.

I already started adding subgroups to /components but taking some time to think about it based on future features could save some headaches.

Some future features in discussion / planned:

• nanopub
• github sync
• project management
• llm
• in graph messaging
• left sidebar
• search
• etc

Feature based seems interesting.
