Should DEVSTA PVs be alarm trees instead? #160
Description
Phoebus has an alarm handler. It lets you make trees of alarms, silence individual alarms, while letting others still propogate. Our DEVSTA system essentially does the same thing. We should investigate Phoebus to see if:
- Alarm trees can be created that match the DEVSTA propogation
- Alarm tree status can be attached to a widget in a bob file
If so, then DEVSTA alarm status can be deleted, and alarm tree config generated instead.
