I'm part of the digitisation quality assurance team at Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, where we review and approve image and transcription data produced by third-party suppliers. As part of this work, we've developed a set of QA workflows specifically focused on evaluating externally delivered data.
After reviewing the current documentation in this repository, I couldn't find a clearly appropriate place for workflows of this nature. I’d like to propose contributing our supplier-side QA workflows, which outline the strategies, metrics, and processes we've developed to ensure data quality.
Questions:
- Would there be interest in including this type of workflow in the documentation?
- If so, where in the current structure would be most appropriate?
- Would a new subpage (e.g., under a general “Quality Assurance” section) be suitable?
Looking forward to hearing guidance on how best to proceed. Thanks!
