[BUG] Setup fails with the error "The system cannot find the file specified"

Describe your issue

When I run the setup "UniGetUI.Installer.x64.exe" downloaded from github I receive as error: "The system cannot find the file specified".

After that there's no other option than closing the setup and I can't find UniGetUI inside my start menu.
