[BUG] Avalonia Windows: Update operation popup has poor text contrast

Describe your issue

Text is white on light grey background. Hard to see.

Same when dark mode activated but the white text is now black. Even worse contrast.

Seems like some logic needs flipping.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Update a package and look at its operation output.

Gabriel Dufresne (@GabrielDuf) Just want to note that I have not seen the bug since so I don't know what kind of fix is really necessary. Meaning, the text is the right colour in both modes. It may be something to do with if UniGetUI is open whilst the system theme changes.

Being able to select the text in this output window would be useful too. I believe the classic UI allows this.

Another thing about this window which I've noticed: Maximising it behaves unexpectedly.

Minimising the window also seems not useful because the main window cannot be interacted with; maximise and close only would probably be best. On second thought, I'm not sure why interacting with the main window should be disallowed. If it were possible we could look at multiple log operations at once. Then minimising would serve a purpose.

I recently fixed a few text and icon colors that were not updating correctly when switching between light and dark mode, so this may have been related to that.

Regarding the other points, I'll take a look at improving these behaviors.
