Major dependency react-native-reanimated is missing from frontend/package.json file

add "react-native-reanimated": "~3.17.4", in frontend package.json file

Hello @meghan9908. I tried to add "react-native-reanimated": "~3.17.4", in frontend package.json file. But my pull request was rejected because an icompatibility between the version dependency added and the other ones. That made a building deployment error:
3:36:41 AM: Some dependencies are incompatible with the installed expo version:
3:36:41 AM: react-native-reanimated@3.17.5 - expected version: ~3.3.0
3:36:41 AM: Your project may not work correctly until you install the correct versions of the packages.
3:36:41 AM: Fix with: npx expo install --fix

What version of expo you are using

I'm using "expo": "~49.0.15",.
Actually, somebody else added the correctly dependency version "react-native-reanimated": "~3.17.4", on test-frontend branch. So, i think that this issue was resolved.

Check whether you are on right branch test-frontend the expo version used in the project is 53

You are right. I was on another branch. Somebody else added the correctly dependency version on test-frontend. So, the issue was resolved. Thanks for your time.
