Hi, I would like to ask whether it is possible to incorporate bootstrap support values, or an equivalent metric of branch reliability, into structure-based phylogenetic trees, similar to what is commonly done for sequence-based phylogenetic trees. This addition would allow a quantitative assessment of the confidence in branching patterns. Thanks!
