Design Help Section for screens with full width tables

Description

Now pages with full with tables (users, locations lists) do not have a "help" area (like forms, settings or wizards).
But we would like to have such a section here - without compromising space - as tables must be full width.

Please provide a concept.

1. "Search" to narrow down the list of tutorials
2. Section in the tutorial to Go to the page after you finish a tutorial about some feature.
