Angle quotes or French quotation marks not implemented

So far I could not make french quotation marks work. Am I missing an option?

How it should be translated:
This is not "funny" => Ce n'est pas « drôle »

How it is translated:
This is not "funny" => Ce n'est pas "drôle"
