How to send up and down alert

1. I have configured promethues and grafana and added some node by usiing node_exporter. I have configured also alertmanager notifications are coming in my slack channel. But problem is when we got down alert notification it is sending all the node alert but i want when goes down specific ec2 instance I will receive only specific instance but i am getting all nodes informations with down notifications.

Wanted solution:

1. When goes down specific instance i want to receive notification only that instance not other instance
2. when that instance will up state i want to receive a resolved notification.
   How can i get this solutions?
