--skip-networking is ignored #98
Description
When mysql (e.g. a slave that's about to perform a backup) is restarted with --skip-networking, HandlerSocket does not appear to respect this and is still available.
Is this a trivial thing to fix? I'd be happy to assist with testing out any paches/etc.
