Support for ##'

Great package! Thanks for making it easy to use and open source.

Would it be possible to support roxygen2 comments starting with ##' instead of just #'?
The default setting for ESS in Emacs is to use ##.

I believe this issue should be closed as #31 is merged and d5a6b77 specifically addressed this.
