Cryptic error when uploading to Archived Presentations

Presentation upload results in a flashed warning:

"ERROR: The following messages were produced: Incomplete upload fields. Please try again."

Apparently though the presentation does get uploaded, resulting in a duplicate if user tries to do it again.

One thing that comes to mind here: I'm not sure why there is the warning about camel-casing the title field, but I note that in this title "RNA-only" is capitalized. It's possible that this could have generated an error, although if this is meant to be an actual error, it should not have allowed the upload.
