Update datepicker plugin

The date picker plugin is based on an old version of https://amsul.ca/pickadate.js/ dating back from 2015.

Please update it if possible.

Hi @halfpastfouram,

The plugin has been updated to 3.6.4 in master.

It looks like v5 is on its way, too. It's still alpha as of today. We will keep an eye on it.
