Create CMake build for standalone usage of C++ interface

It would be nice to have a CMake build for standalone users.  This would:

* Move the `DUNEStyle.h` into an `dune-plot-style/include/` directory in an install area
* Set up a CMake file so that CMake users can simply `FindPackage(dune-plot-style)` to get dependencies
