When installing the adapter using pip, the time services are not available. Please upload the latest version to pip.

I have uploaded the current version of the python adapter on github to pip, under version 0.0.6. Please check whether you can download & install it from pip.

However, can you move it to v2, as all other adapters are using v2 as well, since we are using v2 of the schema's (upgraded in April 2020) and v2 of the local test-bed to test it.
