Add information on Benchmarks 2022 publication to project page

The Benchmarks group published Metadata Quality in Digital Libraries: An Analysis of Survey Response Data in the iPres 2022 Proceedings. We'd like to add information about this publication to the Benchmarks page on the website.

There may be a revised version of the publication coming soon, so this issue is not yet ready for work. When we receive more information about the revised version, we'll update this issue with the implementation details.
