Providing item size doesn't increase actual image resolution

Short description:

Providing item size parameter on the command only scales the image of low resolution.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Run /iconexporter export (default resolution)
2. Run /iconexporter export 256 (higher size)
3. Compare these two different sizes

Exported with `/iconexporter export` Exported with `/iconexporter export 256`

Expected behaviour:

Images with higher sizes should have according higher resolution.

It actually does increase the resolution, but it's not on the best resolution of those pixels.

Item sizes for rendering are very hardcoded atm in the new rendering pipeline, which makes this very hard to fix. (note to self, see the x + 16 in GuiRenderer#submitBlitFromItemAtlas)

Putting this on hold until 26.1 is out. Chances are high that things will become easier to change then.
