closingDate needs to be added to Organization class domains.

We've had use cases in the past that needed a closing date for an organization. This is an issue again. We need to know the date an organization has closed. We need to know the closure date along with indicating its ceterms:LifeCycleStatus as lifeCycle:Ceased.

The date should allow for a year, month/year, or day/month/year.

Past use cases were specific to actual credential organization closures. However, this is relevant to any organization closure.

Use case: As part of the verification of an organization that offers and issues credentials (could be a school, employer, community org, government, etc..) , as a verifier such as an employer, Ivneed to know if the organization's open or closed and, if its closed, when the closure occured.

We have ceterms:endDate and ceterms:expirationDate, but they seem different in that they are the opposite end of a time period from startDate and dateEffective respectively and we want the opposite end from foundingDate. If I had to use one it would be expirationDate, but I would rather keep the distinctions for periods relating to different types of thing (such as events, content validity, organizations).

In that case we need a name that doesn't clash. Closing date seems like it might be useful for other things, e.g. course/job application periods. Schema.org uses dissolutionDate, which seems reasonable, but may be overly-specific -- it depends how explicit we want to be about "ceased operating but wasn't dissolved" for companies that are inactive but still exist.

In line with the suggested resolution for issue #945 to cover any granularity of date would would use a value in xsd:string format, and possibly the name would be dissolutionDateDescription to match this (though that is not suggested for foundingDate, let's not).

So, if we don't use ceterms:expirationDate, we would need something like
