Sound events broken on 1.21.11 #331

It seems like some sound events are broken (not sure about every biome, so far it's easily noticable in plains and forest biomes). Sounds from the plains biome play in forests and vice versa, you can hear owls during the day, and it seems like they only play for like 10 - 15 seconds before doing the same cycle. Uploaded some examples on YouTube since I apparently can't upload AV1 videos here. Of course I tried seeing if other mods were potentially interfering but it doesn't seem to be the case as this happens even when only ambient sounds and it's core library are installed.

I'm using Fabric v0.18.4, CreativeCore v2.14.9 and AmbientSounds v6.3.1
