Services not showing up on the dashboard after update

Current vs. Expected behavior

I'm encountering an issue where the services that were deployed under two projects are no longer showing up on the dashboard/projects but the said containers are currently active and running and shows up on dashboard/docker. Additionally, I cant seem to go inside one project but the other project opens but still with no services inside.

Provide environment information

Dokploy Version: v0.26.5,
Deployment Type: Docker (single server setup),
Operating System: Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS,
Hardware: VPS with 4 vCPU, 8GB RAM, 80GB SSD

Are you deploying the applications where Dokploy is installed or on a remote server?

Additional context

I already tried restarting from UI, force restarting from terminal and tried different browsers as well but issue persists.
