Spell of Wind does not calculate speed properly

Apparently horses are still faster than humans with spell of wind.

I don’t know exactly how I reproduced it but it happened 1st time (didn’t record it) and then I just kept digging and trying to put my horse into overdrive.

It gets better – I was able to induce this overdrive again and when the spell ended, horse got super slow. Had to unmount it and mount it again to resolve this.

This second thing is actually intended:

After the effect is over, still apply hunger to the player and apply Slowness V to the mount for 10 seconds.

Then I guess my bug report about that thing is that Slowness isn’t reliably applied.
