Add setup process

1. detect privilege and ask for root privilege
2. detect whether com.tasker.plist exists
3. detect if the settings in com.tasker.plist is correct--especially the Program argument (path to tasker binary).
4. if com.tasker.plist does not exist, ask for needed environmental variables that are not provided.
