Similar to microsoft/aspire#11694, but for the additional programming languages added in this repo.

Programming languages:

• CommunityToolkit.Aspire.Hosting.Java - using https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=vscjava.vscode-java-debug (need to check about https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=Oracle.oracle-java too)
  • Add Java debugger support microsoft/aspire#12076

Usage example

no code changes in client's code, just the ability to set breakpoints in various programming languages files.
