Add 'Who are maintainers?' explanation to Profile section #159

Description

@taylorarndt

In docs/00-pre-workshop-setup.md, the sentence "Your GitHub profile is your public identity in the open source community. Setting it up properly helps maintainers know who you are." refers to "maintainers" but does not explain who maintainers are. This can confuse beginners.

Suggested change: add a short paragraph defining maintainers (e.g., "Maintainers are project owners, core contributors, or organization staff who review contributions and manage the project") and a brief note on what information in a profile helps (name, concise bio, contact method). Example text to add:

"Who are maintainers? Maintainers are the people who look after a repository — project owners, core contributors, or organization staff. A clear profile (real name, short bio, and a contact link) helps maintainers identify you and respond to contributions or questions. If you prefer private contact, include an email address or link to a contact form in your profile."
