Stray "---" separators in docs/00-pre-workshop-setup.md disrupt flow #158
Description
In docs/00-pre-workshop-setup.md there are stray horizontal-rule lines consisting of three dashes (---) at multiple places (examples near lines ~169 and ~273). These produce unnecessary separators that disrupt narrative flow and may confuse screen readers.
Suggested fix: remove the stray --- lines or replace them with appropriate headings/section breaks where intended.
