ILP solver is called multiple times in pipeline

Among most of our experiment, we observed that the ILP solver has been called multiple times. E.g, for the sentence
"Customers didn't bite, according to a group of McDonald franchisees."
the OjAlgo solver is called 14 times. I understand that SRL-Verb and SRL-norm is formed separately. What about the others?
