Create 'Add new hike' card

Summary: Give users the ability to log their hike details ahead of time and share hike details with others via sharesheet.

Requirements:

1. Add 'add new trip/hike' card to OSAR dashboard
2. Behavior of card
- when user taps on card take user to a screen where user can input hike details
