Currently the rouille has not been updated in three years and is utilizing two dependencies that Rust identifies for future Rust crate removal. This crate was chosen for it's simple synchronous interface vs. other rust http server frameworks.

Further Analysis:
- Identify a new crate that will provide the

- Determine if forking and updating rouille makes sense. Not sure if this project is still maintained.
