Description
The links on the Help page have underlined blue and let's go with that for all the links.
For example, in the Voting page, change the hyperlinks in "Help with voting" on the bottom of the page, "Sign in" and "Register", so the style matches what we have on the Help page.
The links on the Proposals page also need to be changed to match the Help page. The route for the words "Sign in" default to CONSUL, and that should read "Sign in with your email and ..." rather than "CONSUL with your email and ..."
On the Community Forum page, the default CONSUL is an issue there too, rather than "... please sign up with CONSUL ..." it should read: "To contribute to the community forum, please sign up with your email and password, then write and prepare proactive responses to climate change." And the words "sign up" are a hyperlink to the Register page.
