Add favicon to web app, landing page and docs

To improve the experience and level of polish of our web app and websites, add a favicon to each.

Discussion: Should we use the small version of the logo or modify it to fit a small square? The small logo is very small and the letters are illegible as a favicon. Maybe we could just use the first chevron with the "B"?
