User Story
As a user of BDT, I would like the informational sections of the app to have similar styling.
Acceptance Criteria
- The following informational sections of the application are styled uniformly:
- Home Page -> "Welcome to the Benefit Decision Toolkit!"
- Eligibility Checks -> "Eligibility Checks"
- Manage Benefits -> "Manage Benefits"
