Uniform Modal Styling #317
Description
User Story
As a user of BDT, I would like the various action-modals in the application to have uniform styling.
Acceptance Criteria
- The following modals are all updated to have uniform styling (which styling is up to the developer completing this task)
- Create/Edit Screener
- Create Benefit
- Configure Benefit -> Check Parameters
- Create Custom EligibilityCheck
- Create/Edit Custom EligibilityCheck Parameter
