Purpose: Give a brief overview of the BDT project, our mission, the web app, and how to contact us to learn more

Ideas:

• Add logo and mission statement
• Add Code for Philly logo
• Screencast video of BDT web app. Short, quick overview of adding a check, question, form preview, and deployment
• Use 'contact us' form for partnerships or volunteer opportunities
