Add tests to the frontend that checks to see if the web app is functioning properly.

• Add unit tests for Home Page
• Add unit tests for Dashboard Page
• Add unit tests for Entity Page
• Add unit tests for Add Contact Page
• Add unit tests for Edit Contact Page
• Add unit tests for Edit Facility Page
• Add unit tests for Contacts Management page
• Add unit tests for signing out
