Time settings appear out of sync #39
Description
The battle times from Clantools (for NA battles at least) do not appear to coincide with local battle times and timestamps on WoT replay files, so battle result/attendance from them, are not able to upload. As well as several other time-related functions being affected. I suspect a server reboot/update may have adjusted the server's time settings, which is hopefully a simple fix.
I noticed this during the last Campaign for reward tanks a month or so agol, but did not have a github account to reach out to you through.
Been using your site for years and it's such a tremendous resource for the community. I hope it continues to generate some income for you, as it remains a fantastic resource.
