Confluence location on SARIF output is not right

1. Run `go run . confluence --url 'https://checkmarx.atlassian.net/wiki' --report-path results.sarif`
2. Go to the [Sarif Viewer](https://microsoft.github.io/sarif-web-component/)
3. Check the "location"

**Expected:**
The location needs to be readable and actionable (link)

**Actual:**
The location seems to be the last part of the URL.
