Community Server Repository

A new repository, based on this one #rerum_server_nodejs, needs to be established as the Community Release. This separates the SLU-hosted platform from the public product, though they will remain closely tied. The community release should be designed to remain up-to-date with any new API release and well-designed to allow for porting to other environments and languages.

The historic releases and a regular planned cycle for updates should be established.

Something I plan to do in the SLU-hosted one is to use GitHub Releases. It would be good for this repo to release code iterations.
