Organize the website for better understanding. Focus on the existing functionality and the three main use cases:

• New Application Developer wants to register and receive a new Access Token and Refresh Token for use with their app.
• Existing Application Admin wants to check an existing Token for validity and find a path to repair any issues found.
• Application Security Manager wants to reroll the existing Access Token so that it cannot be used anymore and will be replaced with a new Token.
