Support version checking and conflict management for offline annotation/page sync #436
Description
Annotations and Pages in TPEN-Services are versioned. Add/validate mechanisms to:
- Allow clients to query and update resource versions
- Support interfaces for TPEN-Interfaces to perform version checks and negotiate before committing pending changes
- API guidance and endpoint(s) for conflict resolution or rollback
- Clean communication on rejected updates or mismatches after offline work
Coordinate with TPEN-Interfaces to ensure smooth handoff and collaboration for dealing with mismatches or version conflicts.
