Issues and Steps to Reproduce

Follow installation instructions of the package for windows.

Expected Behavior

The package should work without errors.

Actual Behavior

I get "Cannot read property register of undefined". Actually, following installation steps, I cannot find file 'ReactWindowsAzureNotificationHub.csproj'.
