Improve documentation for cartodbfied tables #606

Related to: https://github.com/CartoDB/support/issues/2148
We should explain that if you remove the required columns or triggers from a cartodbfied table (like cartodb_id or the_geom), the dataset would be removed from the dashboard along with all the associated maps.
I think it could be added here: docs/guides/04-creating-tables.md
