Add archived notice to website

Problem

CardinalKit.org is no longer being updated, as @CardinalKit has been replaced by @StanfordSpezi.

Solution

The website should be updated to reflect that all content is archived for historical purposes, and offer to redirect users to the new @StanfordSpezi website: spezi.stanford.edu.
